Poison dart frogs come in a spectacular range of colors and are known for their highly prized toxicity. Little known fact is that the intensity of their poison is directly related to the diet they consume. In captivity, a controlled menu of ants and crickets renders they little frogs with little potency and can thus be handled in bare hands.
